Self-washed automated filters of FSC series
Filters work on a principle of clearing of a filtering element as a return stream of water. Are issued for pressure 0,5...20 bar, optimal work at pressure from 2 to 10 bar.
 Application area
Filters FSC series (patent number 81341, 12/27/2007) are versatile and can be used for flow rate up to 3400 m3/hr (up to DN 700 mm) anywhere passes on the size and installation conditions.
Filter FSC is recommended for use where there are restrictions on short-term flow rate water for washing and conditions consistent with its binding to the height and cart.
Typical application area of filters FSC: metallurgical, power, chemical, agricultural industry, municipalities.

 Design’s description
Filter FSÑ (Patent of Ukraine ¹ 81341 dated 12/25/2007) has cylindrical filtering element, consisting of a cylindrical skeleton (in the form of the squirrel cage with set of longitudinal cells) and the corrosion-proof grid tense on it. Coaxially to an element the cleaner with one or two rectangular (under the form of cells of an filtering element) nozzles is established. At washing of the filter the cleaner rotates, and nozzles are consistently combined with filtering element cells. Thus nozzles, and through them and filter cells, consistently incorporate to the drain pipeline, the return stream of water through cells and grid sites in them which serially clears all cells and sites of a grid is created and takes out dust on plums.
Presence of a skeleton with cells favourably distinguishes the filter from filters of other manufacturers: the large pollution which are coming across in water, take places in cells, and do not stir to cleaner rotation, excepting its jamming.
Only filters FSC is no need to block water passage of filtered water to remove large particles, trapped coarse grid. They are removed by periodically opening the manual valve in the filter cleaning mode.
Forms-factors of filters FSÑ does simple and technological its installation on the pipeline. This type of filters is most adapted for the organisation bypass lines (if necessary) on water.
